If mail sent to you bounces...

If someone informs you that mail they try to send to you bounces back to them as undeliverable, there can be a number of reasons why. We will be glad to help you determine the exact reason your sender's mail bounced, but in order to do that we will need to see a bounce message so that we can identify the mail servers involved. Have your sender forward a bounce message to two addresses: support<@>willamette.net and willamettenet<@>gmail.com (but you'll need to remove the "<>" symbols enclosing the "@" in the addresses after pasting in the e-mail). Sending a copy to the Gmail account ensures we will receive it from them.
